Honda Beat, (PP1) rare mid engined Japanese micro car, mini NSX, CRX, kit car

Here for sale is my Honda Beat micro car or "kei" as they're known as in Japan. It has a high revving 660 cc mid engine with a 5 speed (quick shift) gearbox and disc brakes all round!This particular car has been well cared for all of its life in the UK (imported in 1999) with only two owners including myself and is a good rust free example. It has covered 96. 90 km which equates to just under 60. 00 miles with MOT's to back this up and a good history file.

It has been sympathetically modified over the years to enhance the already amazing handling and performance. Everything works as it should (including the air conditioning!) t he roof has been replaced with a fabric material rather than vinyl which is prone to splitting and important things like the cam belt have also been replaced. It's also had a new battery. recent oil change and all brake pads have been replaced. The wheels are scuff free and all the tyres are new. Personal number plate also included.

These cars have a huge cult following in Japan and there is a massive range of tuning equipment and accessories available. have a look at the following link to see what the Japs can do with the Beat.

Over here in the UK there are less than 100 of these cars but spares are readily available. even from your local Honda dealer and there is a very good club with loads of advice. spares and help. If you wanted to import one of these today it would cost a small fortune due to the exchange rate! So if you're looking for something rare and collectable with a good investment potential (just look at the prices S 800's are going for now!) this could be the car for you. However if you just want a huge adrenalin rush. plenty of attention and a permanent smile then look no further!

Side skirts. again made to order and shipped in at huge cost!"Half way" chrome roll over bar and MR 2 wind deflector. Back Yard Special" upgraded rear anti roll bar. YB sports shocks and upgraded lowered springs. ront strut brace. Momo style steering wheel. ega Flow custom built stainless steel twin exhaust (this really does sound like a Ferrari !)Subaru bonnet scoop (fitted to rear engine vents)6 x 14" (Jap import) "GT" lightweight alloys with new tyres.
If you're serious and haven't seen one of these before it's well worth a look :) but please no dreamers. tyre kickers or swaps/px's I have this car advertised elsewhere so may be removed at any time
