Ford Cortina 1600 E Series 2.

3 Ltr Cosworth engine.

Bought about 15 years ago off a friend.

Got it home and realised it needed a lot of work so took it off road and started to rebuild. Stripped car to bare shell and replaced following panels with new old stock genuine Ford -
Inner and outer sills both sides Both rear quarter panels Rear panel and lower rear valance Spare wheel well and tool well All four doors Inner wings Both front wings Slam Panel and Radiator Panel Rear over axle chassis Chassis outrigger
And more - too much to list

Car was then sprayed in aqua jade.

Now runs with 3 ltr Capri power steering rack and front cross member.

Has adjustable track control arms.

Adjustable compression struts.

2 inch coil overs and adjustable top mounts.

Power steering runs off electric Peugeot 106 pump fitted in wheel arch.

Brakes are Princess 4 pot with stainless pistons and largest discs I could fit under 13 inch rims.

Rear brakes Sierra calipres and Fiesta discs. Servo fitted under dash.

Engine is V 6 32 valve Cosworth.

Runs lovely!

Gearbox is T 9 five speed with new clutch fitted.

Propshaft custom made.

Black leather Cosworth seats with all electrics working.

Everything new when fitted.

Polly bushed or rose jointed.

Very nice car too much to list.

Good thing about this car is that all modifications are bolt on and comes complete with 1600 E engine and gearbox plus all front suspension to put back to standard if needed.

MOT'd and taxed.

Wheels 13 inch superlights with new tyres.

UK Mainland only - buyer collects.
