Ford Escort XR3i Barn find with only 8867miles! for sale

An icon of the 80's. This is a 'barn find'.
Only 8867 miles!!!
It took a bit of work to get this lovely Escort back on the road and now available to buy.
I have had the engine rebuilt. New injectors. uel pump. timing belt. gaskets. camshaft. oil air and fuel filters. spark plugs. exhaust. rear brakes. tyres. Now drives lovely. Everything feels tight.
The interior is immaculate. everything working. No cracks on dashboard and the seats have no wear. The parcel shelf has not faded.
the exterior is like new with the dealer's original number plates. tax disc holder and window sticker.
I have the original manuals and all the MOT's to verifiy the mileage.
If I was to be critical . couple of stone chips on bonnet. he paint has peeled off the back of the headlights. the front number plate is cracked. in the engine bay are small spots of rust and the brake servo has paint peeling off it.
If I had the time. would put these things right. But I need the space now.
Whoever buys this will have a show winning car after a little bit of time spent on it.
