This is a structurally superb car. built in 1960 and had major restoration works completed in October 2012.
The car has had a full body restoration and was re-painted in its original colour scheme of Austin Healey Ice Blue by JME Healeys in Warwick. This superb example of an Austin Healey 3000 has had a full lead free conversion. full suspension and brake overhaul. new mota-lita steering wheel. new 72 spoke chrome wire wheels and overdrive.
The car has been restored on its original chassis. and has excellent panel gaps.
The car was rebuilt using all its original outer bodywork. All original reconditioned interior with correct seats. original vinyl hood and new tonneau cover. It's running on its original 1_" SU carbs. it has excellent oil pressure hot or cold. runs smoothly and does not overheat.
This superb 1960 Austin Healey 3000 MK I is ideal for touring or shows.
