Nissan Figaro

Nissan Figaro - a small retro-car, produced by the Japanese engineering company Nissan in the period from 1991 through 1992-th year. Initially sold only in Japan. Despite this, Nissan Figaro was popular in the secondary markets of the United Kingdom and Ireland. In 1991-th year it sold 20 thousand copies. Machine model Figaro produced only with a body В«two-door double RoadsterВ».

The debut of the new series was held at the Tokyo international automobile salon in 1989. The slogan sensations served as the phrase В«Back to the futureВ».

Nissan Figaro was built on the basis of platform Nissan Micra the 1st generation. The machine was sold in four colours: Smoky Topaz, emerald Green, Clear water and Grey lapis - each of which represents a separate season of the year.

Nissan Figaro were equipped with leather seats, air conditioning, CD player and a folding roof. In the basis of the machine lay inline four-cylinder petrol engine MA10ET with a turbo-supercharging capacity of 76 horsepower at 6,000 rpm. The engine was working in pair with a three-speed automatic gearbox. Nissan Figaro develop a speed of up to 140 km/h.
