1947 MORRIS VAN"Y" TYPE 10cwtSTILL IN DAILY USE
Here is a very rare offering at an unmissable price. do NOT hesitate with this van. it WILL sell quickly.
Morris "Y" type van in running order. currently used. for the past few years. to promote a new business venture it has been in regular use collecting parts locally and parked as an advertisement in various locations around town. Its sucsess had been its downfall and space for customers cars overnight now means its time to find a new home.
The van is is excellent condition externally and mechanically but would benefit form some tidying in the cab. not that there's a lot to work on. Currently fitted with the engine from a Morris 1000 and box. the original engine and box are supplied with the van. It starts. stops and drives as it should. currently taxed until July on free historic tax and its MOT exempt under the new rules. Very solid underneath. no known issues and has passed recent MOT's with no problems. The sign writing is hand painted on and not transfers.
These are very rare vans now and not often offered for sale so get in touch early. I'm always telling people "sorry its sold" and listening to them groan and bleat on about how they were going to ring last week. First come first served.
