1984 FORD SIERRA MK1 2. 8 V6 XR4i TURBO With lots of RS Cosworth parts fitted.

I've owned since July 2012 & loved every minute. but a growing business and lack of spare time means I have only covered around dry 175 miles whilst owning her. even though hardly used it's been in dry storage. never been driven in the rain whilst I've owned and has been polished/detailed regularly using quality products.

I absolutely love this car and it is by far the best car I've ever owned for putting that big cheesy grin on your face. more than any Audi S Line. BMW M3. VW R32 has ever done. !!!
I'd love to keep it but as mentioned above I simply don't have the time and it's such a shame to have it sat in the corner of my unit looking at me everytime I come to work.

Right ok so enough about me and more about the car.

THIS CAR IS AS CLEAN IN THE FLESH AS IT LOOKS IN THE PICTURES & WILL PUT A SMILE ON ANYONES FACE

EVERY PERSON THAT SEE'S HER ALWAYS MAKES A NICE COMMENT ABOUT THE CONDITION. I GET PEOPLE STOPPING ME AT THE PETROL STATION & ON CAR PARKS etc etc TO TELL ME HOW NICE IT IS.

EVERYTHING SEEMS TO BE IN GOOD WORKING ORDER & THERE ARE NO ISSUES THAT I KNOW OF.

THE PAINTWORK IS EXCELLENT. IT HAS A VERY DEEP GLOSSY SHINE & I'VE HAD IT DETAILED A COUPLE OF TIME & THE INTERIOR SHOWS HARDLY ANY SIGNS OF WEAR & REALLY HAS KEPT WELL OVER THE YEARS.

THE BODYWORK HAS.
NO RUST
NO DENTS
NO SCRATCHES
NO MARKS
NO OBVIOUS SIGNS OF POOR REPAIRS
NO STONE CHIPS

IT HAS SUNROOF. POWER STEERING. ELECTRIC WINDOWS. ELECTRIC MIRRORS. "DOOR OPEN / BULB OUT" INDICATOR NEXT TO CLOCK. REAR OPENING 1/4 WINDOWS & THE XR4i LOGO'D REAR QUARTER GLASS

I HAD THE MOT DONE ON AUGUST 1ST 2013 & EXPIRES 01/08/2014. THE ROAD TAX EXPIRED AT THE END OF NOVEMBER 2013. I DECLARED SORN. YET I CAN TAX STRAIGHT AWAY IF NEED BE.
. IT DIDN'T NEED MUCH FOR MOT BY THE WAY!

I HAVE A HUGE FOLDER WITH THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF POUNDS WORTH RECEIPTS FROM THE LAST KEEPERS. THERE'S OVER £7500 BEEN SPENT AT ONE GARAGE ALONE. !!
The garage/guy that's done most of the tuning work and engine build is called "Alan Jeffery" and they are located in Plymouth.
Their website is enginetuner. co. uk & they are well known for building and tuning engines and have seen a few Cosworths and other modified vehicles for sale with his name mentioned in the advert.

IT HAS A FULL SERVICE HISTORY. THERE ARE 18 STAMPS IN THE BOOK. LAST STAMPED AT 92k (LAST SERVICED 99K) BUT FOLLOWED UP WITH SERVICE INVOICES AFTERWARDS & ALL THE PAPERWORK IN THE FOLDER & INVOICES DATE BACK TO 1986.

HERE IS A LIST OF PARTS/WORK WHAT THE LAST KEEPER TOLD ME ABOUT. MANY OF THE INVOICES ARE IN THE FOLDER AS WELL AS PICTURES OF THE ENGINE BUILD.

Full engine strip down. all internals checked. (have pics)

7th injector controlled by separate ECU.
Genuine Ford Cosworth front bumper.
3 Door Cosworth Seats (excellent condition)
Cosworth brakes with new discs + red stuff pads.
3 Door RS Cosworth Alloy wheels with centre caps
3 Door RS Cosworth hubs (very expensive + are much better than saphire ones).
Cosworth anti roll bar. poly bushes.
Avo adjustable shocks and springs.
Ltd slid diff.
New rear callipers & pads. poly bushes.

The Car was last serviced in June 2011 at 99. 67 miles and had. engine oil. gearbox oil. diff oil. new mot. had a new belt fitted. group A coil. Magnecor leads 10mm. and a set-up and then driven straight into dry storage.

As just mentioned after the MOT & Service in June 2011 the car was then put in dry storage until June 2012 where it was then purchased by myself.
I MOT'd it shortly after purchase last year. used a few times when sunny and it's been more or less parked up over the past 18 months (started regularly & driven back/forth).
I think I've only done about 175 miles since June 2012. !!!
