Rolls Royce 20 hp 1928 Unrestored 1 Previous Owner Mot until August 27 th 2014 Tax exempt Drives Superbly Chassis Number GWL 22
It is not very often that we come across such a wonderful car. This is a Rolls Royce 20 hp GWL 22. the chassis was produced in 1928 and then sent to Coach Builders Windovers for a Limousine body. It was then supplied to a Miss Robinson in 1928. The car was taken off the road in 1939 and was then put back onto the road in 2012
The Car is Mot exempt but has been put through one It starts easily and when running on tick over is very quiet. Engage 1 st gear with the gear lever on the right hand side and the car pulls well. take your time as you change gear and it goes upand down through the gearbox well it is a pleasure to drive attracting attention as you drive it down the road
The body work has had local repairs in the past but the car has never been restored
Inside is also so wonderful considering the age of this car. the front section where the chauffeur sat being in black leather. The rear section again is very original with its fold away seats and the rear seat in good order apart from a water stain from many years ago the head lining is very good and it still has the blind on the rear window
