1983 Morris Ital 440 Van. Ex British Telecom with spares.

 A genuine little ex BT Morris Ital van for sale with loads and loads of spares included with it.I bought this quite locally to me in March 2017 and the van has been sat in a barn ever since. Very dry space but I had left a window open so the van appears very dusty inside. Seats and interior all good though....under the dust ???I am a collector of the Marina van but I have recently lost a lot of my storaging and pulled this van out of the shed where she has been parked for nearly 5 years. I havent touch the van since owning it, so ill enclose some of the previous owners description, which I also believe to be true. It is an Ex BT van and the "followers" of such have also passed me what they believe to be the vans original "fleet number" and that it was driven / or asigned to a manager within the Coventry division. This info is also within the file. V5c held in my name.The Previous description includes:56,000 miles only with 3 previous owners (now four with myself).Ex Bt, Last on road 1990 with dry storage since.No rot or welding required.Heavily wax oiled from new.A 1275+ engine is on the button and runs like a dream. (I havent fired it up yet but will have running at point of sale).A new battery and complete new exhaust system fitted.Brakes need sorting all parts included with sale. Update:Well with a can of fresh petrol, a jump pack and a little bit of fettling this little van fired into life last night.The engine sounds very well indeed. Throttle and choke acted responsively and she ran up to a normal temperature, revving up and down to a tick over as if she had been in daily use. The van even charged the battery enough that she re-started under its own power. Come and have a listen if interested??The clutch pedal was hard, so I may try and release the fluid and see if I can get that operating properly.This is a very sound, solid van....viewing welcomed.
