 1963 Ford Anglia Super 123E for Sale

1 previous owner right through until last year when I bought the car. The car has since undergone a restoration which has included the following new items:

Fully stripped exterior car
New steel headlamp surrounds welded in (from Ex-pressed Steel Panels)
All areas of rust on shell removed
New sills fitted
Full respray of exterior. doors. bonnet. boot and headlamp surrounds in the original Ermine white colour
Fully refurbished wheels with white wall inserts
New air filter
New spark plugs
New oil filter and oil change
New chrome wing mirrors
New rare razor shape boot handle and boot spears
New chrome door handles
New Super nose badge
New plastic headlamp bowls to avoid rusting in future
New gaskets and seals in all lights
Refurbished heater unit
New tudor washer bottle
Refurbished horns and battery stay
Refurbished front indicator units including original glass inner lens
New white wall tyres fitted
Carburettor & brakes recently serviced at local garage

Over £4000 spent on restoration in past 12 months

Aside from the new parts much of the car is totally original such as the interior which is in great condition with all the original switches. dials. seats etc which have been cleaned and refurbished. Where possible every part of the car I have worked on have been stripped. serviced. cleaned or refurbished where needed.

Overall I'd say the condition of the car is very good. I can't say it's concourse as the boot could do with a little more work. the interior would benefit from a new set of carpets. the original bumpers are nice but a little scuffed and the engine could do with being cleaned and serviced to get it looking and running even better.

The car comes with the original front bumper and all the irons which have been refurbished. I prefer the front without the bumper which is why it's off the car but this can be easily fitted.

The car has covered 76k miles comes with lots of paperwork. previous tax discs. mot's etc. The car is MOT'd until the end of May 2014. has recently been serviced and is tax exempt so is totally ready to enjoy. The car also comes with original registration number which is a valued at £1200.

This is a very rare opportunity to purchase a freshly restored Anglia Super. There are very few 1963 examples of these cars around in this sort of condition and I have tried to give the car a sympathetic restoration to reflect that.
