Ok up for sale is a absolute beauty of a timeless classic. volkswagen beetle.

This is a 1978 model 1511 convertible.   The car has been gargae kept.  

I have all the original documents from when the car was purchased including the window sticker

The only things I know that are wrong are that the driver seat has a tear which i was given a quote of 150 to fix and the 8 track player doesnt seem to play my 8 track tapes I have maybe i dont know how to run it.

This is a stick shift car

The car is 30 plus years old. so it isn't perfect but is an absolute head turner.

Here is the story a friend of mine bought this car from the original purchaser who had the car for 25 years.   He then had the car til just recently. when he got a vacation home and wanted to get a bigger car for the new place.   He didnt have the time to sell it so asked me to buy it from him.   I am very tight on room and am fighting having the garage space for the car.   So I am selling it.   This car is very sharp.   I live about 30 minutes from Kansas city international airport.   i will be more than happy to pick you up at the airport to come see the car if you want.
