What needs to be done?  Depends on what you want to do with it.   I would add a steering damper to make it less prone to bump-steer (a common problem on beam-axle vehicles). have the headliner repaired. replace the weather stripping with better material. drive it more and have fun with it!This car attracts attention every time it is driven and many people have commented on how much they like the color and often stop to take pictures.   Search photobucket for "1941 Willys Gasser" for many more pictures and a video of the car being started and then a short walk-around of the car.
