Air ride VW beetle.  
So. the Summer is over. and it's time to find a new winter project for me to beaver away in the shed in the cold nights for weeks on end. In order for this to happen I need some money. hence the sale of my 1967 Left Hand Drive VW Beetle.
It's the only reason I'm selling it. I'd love to keep it. but we have 3 other cars in our household. Needs must.
Its a LHD 1966/7 beetle. I'm not sure were it originally came from being a Left hooker. but its been in the UK around 10 years.  
Its tax free and has around 7 month MOT. It passed with no advisories last time. and its done less than 400 miles since and I've put so much more new stuff on.
Its got a front adjustable beam thats been narrowed 3 1/2 inches. The rear has been lowered down 2 splines. Its got new dropped spindles too.

3 month old air ride (less that 300 miles) on the front consists of a Viair compressor. 2. 5 gallon tank. 2 manual toggle switches with gauge (L+R).
110psi on/145psi off safety switch. Munroe air shocks.  When down. the beam is 4mm off from the floor. so it can still roll on FLAT surfaces.
Only the front is on air. It goes form on the floor to approx. 8 inches up.
New Stainless flat4 roof rack.  Original seats and steering wheel. the driver seat has a rip. The engine is very tidy and works very well. never had a problem with it.
Its got an alternator conversion fitted and has a Petronix electronic ignition in the dizzy. So no troublesome points to deal with.
Its got an Empi gear stick. works great and the gearbox is good too. no problems.  
All new brake shoes. cylinders. and pipes throughout. Wicker under dash shelf thing. Original rear pop outs.

The car is 46 years old. so come and have a look.  
It does not have any holes or rot.
The rear wings have a few rust bubbles and theirs a few scratches here and there.

Gets plenty of attention at shows!
