Time has come to sell my thoroughly enjoyed VW Camper Van. Its a Devon Moonraker. with original interior. Runs and drives absolutely great (after much work in the early days!). Used daily and regularly and long runs on camp. I have had a great time with my kids which was what it was all about. but with two Triumphs and a need for a larger camper it has to go.

Its not perfect and there is always room for further improvement. but I need a daily driver and something a little bigger now as the kids are growing up. I will be investing in a T5.

What I have done since ownership:

Replaced the 1600cc engine with a Type 4 2. 0L - substantial improvement

New Accelerator pedal. associated mechanism and cable. New Clutch cable. new/refurbished callipers and pads. rear slave cylinders and pads. flexi brake hoses. New Handbrake cable.

Has a tow bar and working electrics. again used regularly with my camping trailer - Trailer for sale by separate negotiation.

Fitted rear seat belts.

Porsche Tomb stone seats up front - would benefit from re-upholstering

I have all receipts/papers and MOTs since ownership.

I am open to inspections and please feel free to ask any questions.

What needs to be done:

The roof seals will need doing very soon as it was overseas for some time in a hot country. they are now very brittle and worn.

Cab roof lining

Anything you want on the interior - its seems there are endless options. or keep it original!
