The 1962 Thunderbird Sports Roadster models are among the most prized of all Thunderbird with only 1427 total produced. The package consisted of Kelsey Hayes wire wheels with knock off spinners. and most notably a fiberglass tonneau that covering the rear seat creating the 2 seat roadster configuration. Of the 1427 Sports Roadsters produced in 1962. 119 of them were equipped with the desire "M" code 390 - 340 HP engine with tri-power carbs and intake.
