Hi welcome to the auction of my 57 velox . I have owned this car for 25 years and have been restoring it on and off ever since. and it took to the road for the first time last year since 1970.

This is a unique opportunity to own not only a lovely classic but a rare one as well. this car is one of the last 10 e series Vauxhalls ever made and is believed to be the youngest e series  in existence .

The car as you see it is about 90 % complete. there are a small number of things to finish to make it complete. namely the interior . the door cards are new and I have some other new interior parts. but it does need new carpets.

The body is as you can see from the photos is as good as it gets . the  underneath is great.

Most of the chrome has been re done to a high standard or left as original because it is in great shape.

The engine has been fully rebuilt with any parts that were worn replaced.

The gear box has been overcalled . new bearings and seals.

The running gear and steering have been overcalled with new.

This is a great car for the classic car enthusiast to do some light work on and get to know the car better.

The car runs and drives superbly .

The number plate you see in the photo is the original . but in their wisdom d v l a would not let me keep it and gave me a new age related plate

hello.nice car.i have buy a cresta from1957.but a want to now whare a most go for the parts seals rubbers for my windscreem and other parts.i find a cresta 1956 the parts there are identical i dont now.sorry for my englisch i am from belgium.thanks
