Hi Performance 302 - 1966 FORD MUSTANG AUTO BLACK (all Original and FAST)

So this is my '66 Coupe. Recently bought and I have done some work on her. increased the fuel efficiency (get about +/-12mpg now) and she use to wallow but now drives like a F1 racing car!!! :-) With the kick out of the rear obviously. which is amazing if you can handle the immense torque and bhp she kicks to those rear wheels.

(Reason for sale - Private more than anything. I am immigrating and I will not be able to license a LHD in RSA - so I sadly have to sell her - Although I've just spent thousands on her)

This vehicle has undergone a rolling restoration over the last 10 years finished off this year with a full respray in Raven Black. I have to hand the last 10 years MOT's. £10. 00 of bills for parts and a service folder. nicely organized and arranged. The Power steering conversion kit. rack and pin kit has recently been replaced for a new item as the previous one had a manufacturer error. So it's a brand new kit on there and drives to represent this. It is also hidden away as much as possible. to keep the original '66 look.

She has had lots of money spent on her and is in amazing condition. The steering has been upgraded to a rack and pinion system power steering system. The gearbox has been rebuilt (C4) and also includes an upgraded B&M shifter. This car has rear air shocks instead of the standard springs (which are adjustable) - I have been quoted on a spax/koni conversion kit as I do not prefer this to be entirely honest. It came with the previous owner. and I've just not had the time to get it changed. Although to add. it is not a cheap air shock system in the rear. A brand new engine has been installed (Crate) from Real Steel which has very low mileage that has been fitted with a mild street cam for extra performance. This is the hi-performance 302 Crete engine. with new rockers and a great cam for the ultimate performance.

This car also has power front disc brakes. anti-tramp bars fitted to the rear suspension that stops wheel bounce under hard acceleration. Which has been installed in such a way to not negatively influence the rest of the driving train and performance.

Under the hood. there are many upgrades including race-spec alloy radiator. Malory electronic distributor. Edelbrock alloy heads. tubular exhaust headers and 4-barrel Holley carburettor (1850-4 650cfm - one needs no more than this).

Many more modifications. tuning and add-ons have been included.  It's a fully featured classic car – with all the modern conversions.

She has had many upgrades including: (just to list them again)

What things need to be done to her? (This is what I have seen that I would like to be done to her. but I have not had the time and with the new job I won't be able to get down to this sadly

Literally what is mentioned above is all that is wrong. nothing else is faulty with the car. No accidents/incidents. No flaws. nothing. She comes with two new tires in the front and a new spare. Like mentioned I've recently spent thousands to get her to drive and have a better mpg without the sacrifice on power/torque). She goes on the motorways and corners nicely. not many can say that they have a road 1966 that can do over 120 mph and not spill their drink or wet their pants in fear. Well I can. When I got her. she was not capable of this. but I've done some work on her. and now she is a beauty.

This car has had over £25-30k gone into her over the last few years it but is being let go at a fraction of this.
