Here is a 1966 Original Paint Volkswagen Kombi that was bought new by Bible Baptist Church in Phoenix Arizona on 7th street. This bus was used for the church and had acquired aprox 60k miles on it by the mid 80's. The bus was sold to a guy in Tucson Az which put another 8k miles on it and he parked it. It sat in a wood floor garage for 26 years. I purchased the bus from a local guy that made it run and put it back on the market. I have since put 800 miles on it this summer and it runs great. Bus has a 1500 single port which I believe to be the original motor. New items include tires. brakes all the way around. master cylinder. rubber lines. throw out bearing. starter. battery. upgraded to 12v including all new bulbs and flasher box. etc. The bus does have the original middle and rear seat. I put the stock pop out latches back in since the pics.  The bus comes as pictured and it would be best to have the buyer take a look at it in person since everyone's description of a 40+ year old bus is different.
