EGauctions. net is proud to present unreserved and selling to the highest bidder this 1968 VW Karmann Ghia! Real deal California Black plate Ghia. Hop in and enjoy. This lady owned 68 Ghia was imported from California in 2004 and was beautifully maintained ever since. Lots of restoration has gone into this little Gem and it shows extremely well and performs just the same. Outfitted by a strong and responsive 1600 CC air cooled flat 4 the Ghia is a pleasure to drive and the trans shifts as it should. smooth thru the gears with nice response. The interior has been slightly customized with new seats and digital dash. the seats fit perfectly and are super comfortable with a ton of leg room. The convertible top is in great shape with all the seams perfect up top. carpet is exceptional as is the rest of the interior. very nicely appointed including an aftermarket Saphire XL stereo system. The VW has received a full restoration with freshly rebuilt engine. new interior. custom VOD gauge package. Bid away. great Ghia that needs a new home.

Paint is very nice with a nice finish on very solid panels. The paint is not #1 show quality of course. but presents itself very well. one paint chip on top of drivers rear quarter that can be easily touched up. very small. one small scratch on right rear quarter. right front door small scratch. hard to see but worth mentioning but you would need to look really close to see them. Mechanically the car is in very good order. runs really well at high speeds. brakes well. good life on tires. and is a pleasure to cruise in.
