Beach Buggy J&S Body on short floor pan Engineered and registered in N. S. W.

RARE J&S body (not Manx). registered and "Fully engineered in N. S. W. "

Built on 1967 VW Beetle with cut down floor pan. body off respray. reconditioned fuel tank. reupholstered seats. new marine radio and marine carpet.
Has as new full soft top and side curtains.
Comaro tilt steering column.  
235x60x14 front. 295x50x15 rear on new Dragways etched as pictured.
Tyres as new.
Engine is 1600 with extractors. new carb and dizzy. wiring has been re-done with a new fuse box.

Full service and tune just done by a long time VW specialist.  

Speedo shows around 550 klm so no idea what it's really done but it presents as almost new.
Nothing to spend. just transfer the rego and enjoy summer.
Full NSW rego till August 2017.  
This is an Aussie body. RHD it's not an import: it's fully engineered as a shortened floor pan and imho the best looking body of them all.


Have a look at what else is around and Yes there's cheaper but they aren't this one and part of the glamour of these is keeping the engine an air cooled VW.

Someone said put a price on it if you would sell and even at that I'm not fussed. I just have too many toys that don't get used enough so if it hits reserve I'll sell.

The previous owner spent over $36k all up and I've pulled the body off to reco the fuel tank plus sorted the wiring and bought it a new dizzy and carb.
