volkswagen karmann ghia rhd uk car.
For sale is my 1972 karmann ghia coupe. I have owned this car for almost 17 years nowso as you can imagine parting with it is a hard decision to make but due to lack of use it has to go. Now I have kids I never get to use it. even at show time I have to take the passat so i can tow the caravan. Thats life i suppose.  The car was first registered in north wales in 1972 and is a uk rhd car.
The car had a full restoration 3 years ago and still looks fresh.  It was stripped down to bare shell. the old paint was stripped off and the shell was repainted in a lovely bright shade or orange. during the rebuild it either had new or refurbished everything.  rebuilt 1600 twinport engine. ew clutch kit. ew brakes all round. new brake pipes.  seats recovered. ew carpets. ew headlining. ash top recovered. ew seat belts. ew door cards. new window. door. boot and bonnet seals. new chrome parts. new set of porsche 2litre rep alloys. new bridgestone tyres all round. you get the idea.
Underneath the car has been waxoiled and the engine pulls really well. It has recently had a electronic ignition set fitted and it runs and sounds lovely.  
feel free to ask any questions and I will answer asap.  The car is available for viewing so feel free to arrange a day and time.  the car must be viewed. I will not ship the car overseas. will not drive the car to the docks so it can be shipped overseas. will not hand the car over to a shipping/transport company so it can be shipped overseas. The car is located in Wrexham North Wales.
I may part x for a tidy vw t4 or something interesting with cash in my direction.  just ask you never know.

is the Karmann Ghia still available?

Do you have a condition report - more so interested in whether body showing any signs of rust after the rebuild?
Did you restore yourself?

I have someone in the UK who may be able to arrange inspection and if acceptable, I'll have him pick it up after payment.
