Attention Auto Enthusiast / Collectors: Rare Garage find!!! Beautiful 1935 Packard 120 Coupe with Twin Sidemounts and Suicide Doors. Vehicle belonged to a Retired Gentleman who had it parked and stored in his Garage next to his Rolls Royce since Sept. 1977 in the Santa Clara Valley of sunny California. The License Plates are period correct and reflect the date when last operated.
This Rare and Impressivel Classic is complete and very presentable. When aquired. the Spark plugs were changed along with the distributor cap. rotor and condenser. The Oil was changed and the fluids were topped off. A new 8 Volt Battery was installed and after priming the Carb. the legendary Packard straight 8 fired up and runs smoothly !!! Amazing after over 35 Years !!! Needs Brakes. about $480. 00 in parts from Kanter Auto. The Tires were changed to almost new Firestone 16 inch Whitewalls ( need to be cleaned ). The interior is a non correct vinyl with a very 1970's shag type carpet. The body is solid and the paint is still shinny. The car appears to be to have all it's original components. with the exception of a reproduction rear trunk lid.
Please realize this is not a run of the mill 4 door or an Olds. Dodge. Chev. Pontiac Coupe. etc but a very Rare and desirable PACKARD COUPE with Suiced doors and Dual Sidemounts that is 78 years old and looks impressive when parked next to other Classics such as Rolls. Cord. Cadillacs. etc. of any era !!! Priced at a very reasonable Reserve. This is a lot of Car for the money!!! Classic elegance at Toyota / Honda price. Drive and enjoy as is or Restore. Have a clear Calif. Title in hand.
