1964 Splitscreen camper

As much as I will probably regret this. My Porsche bus is for sale. It is for sale with or without the Porsche running gear. I have driven this bus as my daily driver for the last 6 months. when I finished it and had it in the club stand area at the VolksWorld show. I haven't taken it to any shows since. It has never let me down and always puts a smile on my face when I drive it. I have done around 6000 miles with the Porsche set up since building it. The 2110cc will have 0 miles on it and ready to go.  

1964 mouse grey 11 window micro bus.  
All original paint and patina 
Never been welded.  
Original front seats. Uncut dash but the radio is missing.  
2 recovered rear bench seats for the rear will come with the bus and also the rock and roll frame for the rear bench from NLVW parts.  
Original rubber matts front and rear.  
Soundproofed with silent coat through out the bus.  
Original headliner. Has some small rips but still looks good.  
Original front bumper. rear was replaced by a previous owner.  
Porsche 911 euro spec yellow headlights lenses - not sprayed lenses. the real deal.  
All original glass and rear pop outs. Both front screens are new though.  

All powder coated running gear. Stainless nuts/bolts ect. Detailed and stone chipped in mouse grey undercarriage 

2110cc type 1 motor. zero miles. built by myself at Aircooled Engineering (www. ace-vw. com)

CB 044 magnum cylinder heads and CNC match ported manifolds
Dual 45 DRLA carbs 
Gloss black powder coated tinware. 30hp style shroud with dog house cooler 
Stainless sidewinder exhaust 
Carbs. alternator. deep sump and other ancillaries are polished.  

Wilwood 4 pot front brakes with 911 vented discs from Volkshaus.  
Torq thrust wheels powder coated satin black. 7's and 4's with good tires - or powder coated and detailed Fuchs.  
4 inch beam and dropped spindles 
IRS type 3 rear suspension 
Good 1600 IRS vw gearbox 
Never been tubbed. never been notched.  
The Porsche conversion required minimal modification. I carried out the conversion in a way that the bus can be returned to stock in one day.  

Has a head unit with aux cable on the parcel shelf and a tweeter speaker hidden in the dash.  

I don't use the wipers as I have the windscreen coated in rain-x. But they do work.  

MOT until June 2017.

Porsche 3. 2 flat 6 911 motor and Porsche 901 5 speed gearbox can be worked into the deal.
