Released at the 1994 North American International Auto Show. br/>Volkswagen unveiled the new Beetle as the Concept One. a
retro-themed concept car with a resemblance to the original
Volkswagen Beetle. Strong public reaction to the Concept
convinced Volkswagen that it should develop a production version
and the New Beetle was introduced in 1997. Carrying many design
similarities with the original VW Beetle. separate wings. vestigial
running boards. sloping headlamps and large round tail lights. as
well as a high rounded roofline. the New Beetle however had its
engine in the front driving the front wheels with luggage storage
in the rear.

This 1. 6 Litre. 2004 custom Beetle is truly a one off motorcar
built from new at an astonishing cost of over £25. 00 on top of the
original VW price tag. Offered in metallic blue with cream
leather interior. suede dash and a DVD stereo system including rear
head rest screens to the inside and with a full wide bodied kit
with deep dish alloy wheels to the exterior. this convertible also
has adjustable air suspension to enable the driver to be as low to
the ground when at shows or parked. but raise to a comfortable
height to avoid any damage by sleeping policemen. As is
custom with these modified VW's the door handles have been removed
or 'shaved' which in conjunction with the full category one alarm. br/>enables the owner to raise and lower every window from the key fob
and gain access. Offered to sale very reasonably given the care and
attention paid to this car. why not be the pride of any VW owners
meet.
