Up for sale my orange mule (1975 TOYOTA FJ40) bough and used by my uncle for many years at our local coffee farm. I started to fix it a couple of years ago after he passed away.  

Truck is NOT used for mud riding or rock crawling (even though it has what it takes ).

This FJ40 is being sold as is. where is with no warranty. expressed written or implied.

Features: 

A disk break conversion was done on all 4 wheels. (Factory Drum hand brake goes directly cabled to the transmission bar) 

Aluminum Diamond plated Rear as it is shown in pictures.  

Gasoline 6CL 4. 2 F3 Original TOYOTA engine. GAS Naturally Aspirated. (Carbureted) 

Custom power steering.  

Mud terrain Tires 33"x12. 50x15" "About 85% life on them" 

Aluminum deep 15" rings. ( do not know the brand ) 

Custom muffler headers for easy 4. 2L engine breathing.  

Manual 4x4 4 speed transmission with its original low gear transfer.  

AVM locking hubs.  

Snorkel and sturdy XL fender flares  

6 point 2 1/2 " Custom solid roll cage.  

Heavy duty hand crafted Brand new black soft Top mounted on solid 1 1/2" steel tube "from local interior shop in town"  

Solid Custom 1/2 doors fabricated from factory hard doors.

The truck was fitted with Black Leather seats.  

Suspension original high still in place (NO SOA) 

Standard spare tire on original Toyota rim.

Some light rust on Floor. there is no snow in Costa Rica so there is no salty residue from winter.

I have noticed no MECHANICAL ISSUES with this FJ40. normal maintenance "tune up etc ".

 A new paint job will be in order if purchaser is too picky about paint (Paint is NOT 100%).

 I have a clear title in my name and on hand. BIN# FJ40170101factory chassis engraved in front right side.

Shipping:

If the truck is sold outside Costa Rica it will be shipped on a closed container on a boat (No open air over the deck sailing for this car).

Ocean liner cost for the trip to Miami is $1800 and it will be a collect charge on delivery to Miami port payable to the carrier in Miami.

Ocean liner leaves Costa Rica every Friday and arrives to Florida on Tuesdays.

 I will personally arrange all paper work to export the truck out of Costa Rica until the ship sails off. (paper work is about $300  and it takes 1 week to arrange all)

 Purchaser is responsible for all customs import paper work and taxes in to USA.

Purchaser is responsible for paying the $1800 for the boat ride in MIAMI.

Purchaser is responsible for paying the $300 for the export paper work in Costa Rica(I will arrange all this)

I will send by FEDEX the title and the bill of sale notarized by the US Embassy in Costa Rica along with any extra paper work related to the car ( I will pay for this )
