The muscle car wars were at their height in 1970. with each of the "big three" in Detroit trying to out-perform and out-do each other with power and style. Certainly among the top of the list on both counts has to be the 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T Hemi Convertible. Only 12 were built (9 for the U. S. market) and they command millions today. If you want all the fun. appearance and power of an original. without having to sell your children or rob a bank. this stunning tribute is the answer.

This car began life at the Hamtramck. Michigan plant and was one of just 3. 73 Challenger Convertibles built that year. Originally equipped with a 318/230 V8. it was pampered and enjoyed for 20 years. acquiring only 80. 00 miles during that time. In the early 2000's this car received a full frame-up restoration and conversion to a Challenger R/T Hemi.

The attention to detail is spectacular. From the quality paint. correct badging. trim. battery and rebuilt correct 426 Hemi engine. this car looks and drives great. See video of engine running. Automatic with "Slap Stik" shifter. Restored interior. Power top works perfectly. Please see the photos. including the undercarriage. which is RUST FREE throughout.
