Probably because it was re-conditioned. rust proofed and undercoated at the Ford Riley. KS Readiness facility in late 2008 and harbored in the dry Nevada desert environment. I have driven few of these vehicles and this one drives like brand new. It feels tight. holds the road very straight on the highway. 60-65mph at 1800-2000 RPMs and goes thru the gears like a civilian vehicle from a stop light. It's obvious that this was not off-roaded. Add to this the fact that it has extremely low miles. comes with tire changing equipment. the like-new condition of the tires and 4 military batteries and you will have a complete package.
