This auction is for this fantastic example of a herald called Gladys. she always makes me smile when I drive her and hopefully will do the same for you
She will make a great Practical project that turns more heads than a Ferrari. br>She has MOT till August and is tax exempt and will be able to drive away with some insurance. br>There is a huge amount of history with her every year back to 1966 and the original logbook. Sales receipts and service history. br>She had a Good quality FULL body off restoration in 2001 with a NEW Chassis everything was replaced if needed to a concourse scale and could easily be brought back to that standard. still looks great and no expense was spared and has recently has had a Brand new stainless full exhaust. and a full under body wax oiling in 2007. br>The engine was rebuilt last year and runs like a dream. br>She has covered 113. 61 Miles which is legitimate as we have every MOT with the new chassis and engine rebuild she drives better than my everyday driver. br>she needs a little Tlc to the bodywork but I have been around the car with a magnet and screwdriver and have only found a small amount of surface rust which I have pictured ( please note that all of these patches do not go through the metal)
She will make a great practical classic for someone out there and its a shame for us to have to let her go. br>Feel free to call and view but please be aware that first person to view will buy this car. br>We have her advertised elsewhere and reserve the right to end the auction early if sold
