Could this be one of the best kept earliest examples?

Only two previous keepers!

First from 1978 to 1984.

Second from 1984 to 2008.

I was told by the second owner that it was put away in perfect working order in dry storage circa 1988 until I purchased it in 2008.

Despite good intentions. I too have dry stored it for the last 6 years as I don't have time to play with it because of farming commitments.

Only 91. 00 miles. which of course for a V12 is probably the equivalent of only 30. 00 miles of engine wear on a 4 cylinder engine.

It has better inner and outer wings. sills and doors than my modern day Peugeot.

It looks as though it was probably undersealed from new. This is now rather dry and it would probably benefit from being redone.

I'm sure it would also benefit from a new battery after 26 years.

It has white coachwork. which I don't think has ever been resprayed. with delicious maroon leather upholstery that is in overall very good condition.

The left front and rear tyres go down but I think they probably both have a poor seal now on the alloy wheels after all this time.

As you can see in the picture of the boot. the spare tyre has never seen the road and is still labeled.

The electric windows and aerial work fine.

Not MOT'd at present. but I don't think there will be any major problems. I just don't have time to do it.

The engine turns but I have not had time to clean plugs. add fresh petrol. etc to get it running.

If I do get chance to get it running I will add to the description.

Apologies to all the Jaguar Enthusiasts but it is just taking up space now in my garage. so it may as well go.

It will be sadly missed but it would be better if someone else got use and pleasure from it. as I now have no time whatsoever to use it due to work commitments and could do with the space. In fact. I've struggled with the idea of selling it for several years now because it's a gorgeous car to have just as an ornament.
