I BOUGHT THIS CAR LAST YEAR AND THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD OWNED IT SINCE 1990 & RESTORED IT TO AS NEAR ORIGINAL CONDITION AS HE COULD.  I HAVE FITTED A NEW BRAKE SERVO & A FEW OTHER PARTS. SINCE RESTORATION THE CAR HAS HAD RELATIVELY LIGHT USE & BEEN KEPT IN GOOD CONDITION. I AM SELLING BECAUSE A RECENT SHOULDER INJURY MAKES THE CAR TOO HEAVY FOR ME WITH NO POWER STEERING. THE BODYWORK IS VERY GOOD. THE INTERIOR INCLUDING THE SEATS AND CARPETS ARE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. THERE ARE STILL SOME AREAS THAT NEED SOME TLC. BUT REMEMBER THIS CAR IS 44 YEARS OLD.  THE SCIMITAR IS A VERY PRACTICAL CLASSIC TO OWN DUE TO THE FIBRE GLASS BODY. STRONG CHASSIS & BIG ENGINE. AN ADDED BONUS IS THE FREE ROAD TAX AS A HISTORIC VEHICLE.
