This '50 only has about 8000 miles since a complete remake. 56 235 engine . 080 over. 64 hydraulic lifter cam. . 100 milled off the head. 1. 50 and 1. 94 valves in the head. Clifford Research perf. heavy duty rods and alum. intake with 390 cfm Holley carb. Mallory Unilite high energy ign. . Fenton cast split manifold. 8 mm plug wires. Why a 6 cyl. ? Take a ride in it and you will see WHY!!!!. '93 S-10 5 speed tranny with "97 S-10 3:73 locking diff. 5 th gear at 70 mph=1700 rpm. . fantastic gas mileage. Stopped by 10. 5" drilled and vented rotors with the Big GM calipers and a Ford dual resivor m/cylinder. located in the stock location with new pedal mount kit from CE. New lines wheel cyl. kits and shoes in rear. NEW clutch. p/plate new aluiminun driveshaft from Inland Empire with new joints and trans yoke. New red Holley fuel pump on the frame rail. 12 volt narturally with 1 wire alt. and original starter with 12 volt starter solenoid. Btw the engine was professionally built by a good ole boy in West Palm Beach . FL. he cut his teeth on a crankshaft--nodular type. This car has made 3 NONSTOP TRIPS FROM MIAMI. FL. 17 hrs of hardass driving-stop and fillup . gas take a Pee. Pepsi and go. I have plenty of names. ph nos. of people that can verify this. If I can't drive it . I don't need it taking up my space. Last big trip was in Nov. . drove straight non stop. about 17 hours. from Lex. Ky. to Miami to have turkey dinner with friends then north to Daytona track for Turkey Run then north to Winston Salem to see a friend of mine then back to Lex. . gone 17 days and about 2000 miles---NEVER BEEN WAITING FOR A TOW TRUCK with this car. New Olds 1 piece windsheild. 2 speed electric wipers. Brizz front bumper and alum braces. Nos Guide front grill parking lights. os GM rocker moldings. Nos trunk handle wings. all stainless has been polished or replaced. '54 Chevy rebuilt steering gearbox-tighter steering ratio. ew tires BFG's 255/70 R/15" on Newly powder coated 8" ralleys. 215/60 R 15" on 7" ralleys new powdercoated with the little stainless babymoons. Moon add on tack on the steering column. no radio. o heater but i have all the complete heater in a box. THIS IS A COMPLETELY RUST FREE CAR
