1980 PONTIAC Trans Am Pro-Touring Trans/AM Convertible. National Coach Engineering Conversion - Custom Roadster (Does not have a top) . Car was chemically stripped and E-coated at Detroit Speed & Engineering. This is an original National Coach Engineering Trans/Am. They made approx 500 of these from 79-81. Metal Man Fabrications converted it into a roadster. All Custom work in the rear is all metal. Frame has been re-enforced. Harlan Sharp Rollers. March Serpentine System. TH350 with B&M stall and shift kit. New Richmond 373ars Dupont Paint (Boyd Red) Same color as junkyard dog. Custom Interior / Door panels. New Weather Stripping. Coys 2's 20x10 & 18X8 with newer tires. Baer Sport brakes with Red powdered calipers. new Center console Shift panel Custom Dash panel with Auto Meter Gauges with red needles. Firewall smoothed and sub-frame assembled by Detroit Speed & engineering. MSD billet dist and MSD 6 box hidden under dash and a March Serpentine System. The engine is a 69 Pontiac 400 “YS” block with 72cc “68” heads. Demon 750 carb (Full Edelbrock performer rpm setup) TH350 with B&M stall and shift kit. Richmond 3. 73 gears. dual Flowmasters with Pypes Full Hotchkis suspension front/Rear. Edelbrock IAS shocks. The Sub frame has been powder coated. You get Alerl brake lines. New Lokar brake/Gas pedals. CD Player with 6 1/2 JL's in the kick panels and a JL Amp in rear. New Door sill plates installed and all weather stripping new. Momo Steering wheel and console.
