1970 Rover 3500 P6 in Mexico Brown

For sale we have our beloved 1970 Rover 3500 P6 Auto. with Cream Leather interior throughout. and finished in her original Mexico Brown.

Covering under 90. 00 miles in 44 years. this low milage and dependable Rover is for sale due to lack of garage space - if it wasn't for that. we simply would keep her.

The bodywork is in good condition. with all panels having an excellent deep shine. There are the odd small corrosion spots and pin dents here and there. and there is a shallow dent on the very lower part of the off-side rear wing (see picture). This is still however a very very presentable car for both show and daily use. bear in mind she is forty four years old.

The chromework is excellent all round. as are the rubbers and nearly new tyres! The hubcaps are her original set and are immaculate and unmarked. All doors. bonnet and boot shut with a nice clunk without the need to slam!

She is Tax Exempt and it's only around £100 per year to insure with a Classic Car Insurance Policy. so is very low cost to run.

She has a lovely and very supple and comfortable cream leather interior which is in very good condition with no rips. just some small age related marks. Carpets are her original. and are also in very good condition.

Her engine runs as good as it looks! No bangs or rattles. starts every time (with choke on cold days) and is very quiet - yet powerful. Gearbox is silky smooth both up and down the gears. Has had all the fluids. spark plugs. plug leads. distributor cap. points and rotor arm changed in a recent service - so she's now as fuel efficient as she'll ever be too.

Brakes are all new at the rear. and front disks and pads are new - and all work very well.

All electrics (lights etc) work apart from the heated rear window unfortunately.

The car comes with many spares that i've collected including a rear window. two rear wings (near and off side). fuel tank. and various interior pieces all included in the sale.

Car has recently been Taxed and MOT'd with only 1 advisory - lower front right ball joint had very slight play - and this has been rectified.

She is sold as seen without warrantee implied or otherwise.
