My Toyota Celica GT was registered new on the 1st of September 2006. Toyota ceased production in the spring of 2006 making mine one of the very latest to be registered in the UK. Produced in two colours only. Thunder Grey and Chilli Red. At the time Thunder Grey proved to be a more popular choice with the metallic paint option. Making the Chilli Red model more desirable to the enthusiast.

Mot History:

27/08/2009 – 15183 Miles. 02/11/2010 – 16673 - Miles. 17/12/2011 – 23640 Miles. 09/11/2012 – 31280 Miles. 13/12/2013 – 41466. (All Mot tests were carried out by a main agent).  

Exterior Condition: The bodywork of my Celica GT is quite Stunning. With the exception of perhaps a very small chip (if you can find one) the exterior panels and paint work is in really exceptional order. Looking down the side of the car all the panels retain a glass like finish. The red paint colour has retained the factory finish. All the door checks are immaculate and polished and the chrome branded sill treads are unmarked. Every Panel gap is exact. You would be hard pushed to find fault at all. The underside of my car is exceptionally clean as is the inner wheel arches.

Interior Condition: The cloth roof lining is immaculate and unmarked. The floor carpets are the same. The leather and alcantara seat materials are in really exceptional condition including the seat bolsters. All the dash materials are like new. The rear seats have seen little use. The passenger seat and floor area is similar. The floor carpets have been protected with factory carpet mats from new. I can't stress enough how nice the interior is. It is near new condition.

Boot Compartment: immaculate. dry and showing little sign of being used. The floor carpets are immaculate and the plastic trims are free from scuffs. Split folding rear seats allowing extra loading space. The tools and locking wheel nut key are all present and the spare wheel is the original 17” alloy that has never been on the car.

Engine Compartment: Immaculate. All the panels are free from dust and oil. Having been regularly cleaned and polished with a quality silicone. (See my pictures).

Alloy Wheels and Tyres: All four alloy wheels are in excellent condition. There is a tiny little bit of kerbing and that all. The inner rims are clean and free from blemishes. (Please see my pictures). All four tyres are quality with excellent tread depth. The front tyres are recent.      

On the Road: My car drives as you would expect a well maintained Toyota should. The steering feels taught and positive. The suspension is firm and comfortable. The engine runs smooth. quiet and the gears change up and down the box with ease. The disc brakes and pads are in excellent working order. All the cabin electrics work as they should. Everything is just right. Including the exhaust note.

This is a really well presented Celica GT. I can't stress enough how nice my car is. It has the 1. 8 VVT-I engine coupled to a 6 speed manual transmission which gives relaxed cruising and excellent power (190bhp) when needed.   The engine mechanics and all electrical options are in perfect working order. The car drives as it should.

My car needs nothing. The Mot isn't due until December 2014 and a new service and complete inspection has just been completed less than 50 miles ago.  There is really nothing left for the new owners to do. A genuine low mileage and very well maintained Celica GT.
