1946 Plymouth coupe Special Deluxe. Nice original barn find survivor! Was last resurrected in the 90's in Minnesota. with new exhaust and brake hoses. wheel cylinders etc. Very solid complete car. un-used for many many years originally from N. Dakota USA. There is some rust in front floor. but under side looks good. chassis super solid and body mounts are ok. It will most likely need some re-commissioning work. but the engine runs really well from a petrol can(gas tank will need cleaning out). The engine sounds very healthy. and the gearbox selects all gears easily and drives round the yard. Tires are old cross ply whitewalls but usable. steering is light and has no play in it. brakes work but stick on a bit. Drivers door needs attention as it is hard to shut. there is a dent at lower rear edge. All electrics work and lovely sounding original twin tone horns. The genuine fulton visor comes with the car but needs driver side mounting bracket.
This is a true un-molested survivor from 1946. front stainless grill is almost perfect. Original condition cars like this are very hard to find.
