I have not seen the car in 2 years. but when I left the marital residence it was in excellent shape (with the exception of a few minor dings as portrayed in the photos on SMUGMUG). We were Court Ordered to place the car for sale as part of Divorce Settlement and the car is currently being stored at a third party's residence in New Paltz. NY. I have done my very best listing the car with the information I have obtained from the pile of invoices and receipts that we saved during the re-building process which are currently in my possession and a from a few e-mails from my ex-husband asking me to change things.  The car is being listed as "AS IS. WHERE IS" meaning please go look at the car or send a third party to view it. There are a few dings/dents on the driver side door. fender. and hood which the pictures on SMUGMUG. com portray (with blue tape). My ex-husband is now (as of yesterday) claiming there is a possible ground issue in the wiring. although a new wiring harness was purchased.   a simple fix for someone who knows electrical issues and has the patience to test it out.  My husband is now also claiming that the engine has a malfunction. The engine did knock the one time we used low-octane fuel. but after that we always used the highest octane fuel and it fixed the issue. My father and uncle rebuilt the engine as a wedding gift. and when I left the engine had not been broken in yet. My uncle was a very reputable engine builder/ machinist in Northern NY and Canada and although he has passed. is still highly regarded in the racing scene.  I would be hard pressed to say there is a major mechanical issue with the engine. but since my husband is claiming there is an issue of some sort. and since it was addressed in the Appraisal because my husband told the Appraiser there was an issue. nbsp;I just want the potential bidders to be aware and to check for the most simple avenue to "correct" potential engine issues. spark plug wires. etc.  Anyone with a knowledge of cars and/or Mopar B-bodies can set up a time to view it and see it for yourself. Also. it has either 355 or 373 gears. I see paperwork for both in the invoices.  Remember. please call Joe to discuss and/or view the car. Joe 845-901-0740.

If you are not local to the New Paltz area. please call any of the local garages. you may be able to ask the shop manager to go take pictures for you or you can hire a third party inspector to come and view it.

We were ordered by the Judge to maintain the quality of the car. so if there is something significantly different from what I have listed.
