Stored in barn last 15+ years direct from regular. licensed weekend and parade use.
Solid car. Very solid and still a good looking car.
Small star in lower front windshield not in vision area.
Some minor paint bubbling in smalll sections of rocker panels.
Doors hang. open and shut as they should.
Easy restoration back to full street use.
Three original full cover hub-caps in trunk.
Standard steel wheels may be from different car but seem to be correct except for color match.
Complete original condition. To our knowledge nothing major to replace or repair other then standard tires. wiper blade inserts. oil here and there. tune up engine and a good 6-volt battery. refresh or change old fluids and filters. as a matter of coarse. etc.
Maybe some brake shoes from sitting so long.
No crashes.
No major scrataches or dings of notice though I suppose if you looked close you might find something. but noting requiring body work.
Same with any rust.
Nothing major. Very solid throughout. . Floor pan looks good. interior good. same with dash. Standard non-power windows and doorlocks.
Original factory paint inside and out.
No modifications.
A good looking 60 year old car of beautiful design you will be proud to own and happy to drive. offered well below its value.
Specific mileage is unavailable as of this posting and may be modified but speedometer. standard AM radio. wiper motors. and all lights. guages and systems worked fine when last driven into storage.
We are also offering here for an additional $650 an original NOS Ford green top insert we had purchased to install on this car many years ago from our local Ford dealership.
However we are now told that this insert is for the 1954 Crown Vic model and may not fit as original on this 1955 Crown Vic.
It is not included with the 1955 listing without the add'l payment.
Non refundable $500 deposit must be sent within 24 hours of auction end via USPS money order or bank transfer.
Balance by same method must be received within 5 days of auction ending. Paypal may be used for deposit (only) if buyer pays all Paypal fees. Vehicle can be removed only after full balance is received.
