This is a 100% cosmetically original 1962 Oldsmobile Starfire. Completely numbers matching including every component. This was the most expensive Oldsmobile made in 1962 and it was the first year of the Starfire Coupe. Sold new here in San Diego at Al Bahr Oldsmobile back in 1962.   It wears the original factory coat of Ebony black with the Provincial white top.   This is a real time capsule. NO PAINT TOUCH UPS!  Very straight body with all original panels. no repairs or dents.   The floors. frame and trunk are rust free.   The interior is completely original as well.   52k original miles.

This Starfire was parked from 1976 until October 2013. It was brought back to life at a professional auto mechanic shop here in San Diego with a tune up. new fuel pump. re cored radiator. new brakes. rebuilt water pump. cleaned fuel system. new battery. and a few other little things.   It starts right up and runs/drives great. No smoking and the original 394ci V8 sounds great. Good condition goodyear tires. The Hydramatic automatic transmission shifts perfectly. It has power windows and they Work! Has Working Air Conditioning!  Awesome patina just look at it. I just took over 80 pictures to show it well.   Matching black plates and last pink slip/registration from 1976 included along with old receipts and newer ones from the 2013 maintenance.   I will work with international buyers.   Please email with any questions you have and I will answer them quickly. thoroughly. and honestly.
