1970 Ford Mustang Fastback



For sale is my 70 Mustang Fastback.

A total professional restoration was completed. I have logged approximately 500 miles since completion. It is always kept in my heated garage. Car was completely disassembled and high detail was taken during reassembly. Any body panel that needed to be replaced was installed. The car runs and drives great. I have all documentation for parts that were replaced. Most parts were purchased from C J Pony Parts Co. I purchased the car from a friend who has owned the car for approximately 25 years. The car was stored in a heated garage from 1984 until I purchased it in 2002. Drove it for a few years then restored it.


Engine-- Original numbers match block. Professional rebuild. All new parts installed. Roush heads with hardened exhaust seats. 3 way valve job and roller rockers. Deamon 625CFM carb. Final compression ratio 9. 63. Jet hot coated exhaust manifolds. Have original heads.


Transmission--3 speed C/4 automatic with a 2500 stall converter and a shift kit. Shifts very smooth.


Exhaust--Dual all aluminized system.


Interior--Completely redone. Everything is new. Dash. carpet. seats. etc. I added console gages and a 10 disc custom autosound CD player. CD player is mounted in trunk and controlled by original looking in-dash AM/FM radio.  New front and rear speakers.


Glass--windshield is new. Other glass nice. original. Window whiskers. seals. tc are new.


Brakes--Installed front disc and rear are drum. All brakes are new.


Wheels and tires--17 inch with anniversary edition wheels.


Exterior--Paint was applied when car was restored. Color is Lexus Red. Car has a beautiful deep paint job.




All gas. cooling and brake lines are stainless steel. New front and rear bumpers. exterior trim & bezels. New woodgrain steering wheel. etc.
