 Beautiful chrome and polished stainless steel adorn the near flawless black finish of this Savoy. that alone makes it a real head turner. Then you notice the striking red custom interior with Recaro seats. B&M shifter and vintage Stewart Warner gauges and that's when your jaw drops. This thing POPS! Under the hood you'll find a 10. 5/1 '70 440 block casting # 253643010 with 906 heads topped with plenty of polished aluminum. A 770 cfm Holley carb and Mallory distributor handle the fuel and fire. while Doug's headers and three inch exhaust take care of the fumes. Power is sent thru a 727 torqueflight with 3000 stall to a 65 389 8 ¾ diff fitted with 3:23 gears. The chassis was also beefed up with Hemi superstock leafs. hemi torsion bars (. 980 dia. ) frame connectors and disc brakes (cordoba spindles). So I'm sure you agree when we say this black beast is ready for “show or go”!
