Stunning 1958 Austin Healey BN4 restored with upgraded engine, brakes, video!

Here's an opportunity to own a stunning Austin Healey in the right color with new chrome wire wheels. new tires. and the rare two seat configuration. If you are new to Healeys. a far greater number of cars are out there with a 2+2 configuration. and these BN two seaters always command a higher price. and with good reason. since two seats just seem right for a car this sleek and stunning.  
This particular example was upgraded with disk brakes and rebuilt engine from a 1961 BT7 3000 mark1. so we have a horsepower and braking improvement over the stock 100/6. Oil pressure is excellent. power is excellent. and there is no smoke. The engines are the same size externally. so the engine upgrade is easy. and hard to detect. except for a noticeable increase in power. Carbs and manifold are from the later car too. which is  a nice improvement. Disks are also new. and vented. So in this package you have a more powerful 2 seat 100/6 with better brakes and a bigger engine. Transmission is excellent. with a working overdrive unit. You'll see how nicely the car drives in the video below:


Paint is excellent. There is no rust. We cut out the drivers side front outrigger and welded in a new one we got from England. so the underside is solid and ready to go. Floors are excellent.
Interior features restored seats and new top and tonneau. Top is missing the front latches. which you will need to secure it to the windshield frame. but the top is fit to the car. and that's the hard part.  
If you want a really striking car at a very reasonable reserve. you'll click for this Big Healey. and make a big impression this summer. This is a really shiny and nice driver. It's not perfect. but then again it's priced well below the level you so often see for big Healeys.  
This is a car you can just stare at forever. The shape is pure sculpture. The exhaust note is pure symphony.
