From our private collection is this stunning 1967 Chevrolet Corvette Sting Ray Convertible.

Out of the 22. 00 plus Corvettes built in 1967 only 2324 had the Powerglide Automatic Transmission ( option M35 ) and only 3788 were built with Air Conditioning ( option C60 ). nbsp; this 67 Sting Ray Convertible has BOTH!

To make things even better this car was optioned with both tops when new.  The restored "Original Matching Sunfire Yellow Hard Top" comes with this car and the satin Black soft top is mint also. I had a few photos of this car with the hard top on so you can see how awesome it looks.  I do not leave the hard top on this car for long periods because the convertible top gets so wrinkled when folded up.

As you can see from the photos this car is "Concourse Mint" Nut and Bolt Rotisserie restored. I know the paint is better than new because we were a new GM dealer and they were pretty bad back then.  I added photos of the underside so you can see how clean the beautiful original " raw natural " floors are! Take a look at how flawless the body panels and doors fit on this car. it is that nice!

Yes it is " Matching Numbers " but better than that it is the "original vin number engine block". see photo please. Always remember the statement matching numbers does not guarantee they are the original components. Restoration people can make the numbers match in about 10 minutes. sad but true!

I do not restore cars. build cars. etc. as I purchased this Corvette Roadster just like you see it here.   Example:: I learned many years ago not to spend 150 grand restoring a car that will be worth 100 grand when its done.

This Corvette Roadster is just the perfect car for a husband and wife to cruise in and enjoy comfortably!!

I have included photos of the trim tag. the vin tag. engine vin number. etc. so you can see this is a no excuses investment Corvette.

Trim Tag :: E06= Date built December 6th. 1966 for the 1967 model year. 67 year. 467 Convertible body. Interior Trim Black Vinyl. 984 is Sunfire Yellow exterior color. The last of the vin number matches the production date range also.

Engine Vin 7105404= 7 is 67. 105404 is the last of the cars serial number. check out the original broach marks still visible on the engine pad!

Engine Assembly VII25HO= V is Flint engine assembly. I I is for November ( they did not use a number 1. they used the letter I  ) . 25th of the month. nbsp;  HO is 327/300 Horse Power with Powerglide Auto Trans.

The Air Conditioning is in working order! Power Steering and Power Brakes makes it effortless to drive. Other options are "Head Rest" seating. nbsp;Aluminum Bolt on Wheels with period correct Red Line tires. As you know side pipes were not available on 300 HP cars but they were professional added and look and sound great! Factory AM+FM radio is also in place but this car has a very nice remote control Kenwood CD player installed in the glove box. with speakers behind in the two compartments behind the front seats. very cool. See photo of stereo in glove box. It has also had the electronic ignition added inside the distributor so no adjusting points and stuff is needed.

Correct under the hood with "ALL" the original shielding in place. Frame is solid as when new.

This car spent most of its life in North Carolina and South Florida. I do not have a tank sticker for this car. it might still be on the gas tank. not going to take the car apart to see. The car itself proves without a doubt what it is and how it came. I had a top N. C. R. S. judge look this car over very good about 3 years ago. He loved the car and commented how out of the 20 or so 67 Corvettes that was at the show my car was the "only" one that still had it's original no-hit. non-damaged front end!

Call Dennis Lasseter Jr. @ 251-769-1639 central time between 8 am and 9 pm please.   I am not hard to deal with if this car is going to a wonderful home. I cannot hold this car so please be honest and straight forward.

I took some photos of the car when it was outside on the lift so you can see how beautiful this car really is. The bottom of the car is spotless!  The photos of the car do not do it justice. she is breathtaking in this color and the quality of the restoration is second to none!!
