The overall appearance represents a time in history when automobiles were competing with models such as Packards, Duesenbergs, and Cadillacs. This was a very expensive automobile in its day. The country was in the midst of the Great Depression and owning one certainly made a statement. With its 86 horse power, “straight 8 cylinder” motor, this Buick can be driven to any car show, event or parade. Although it is not a pristine, museum piece, it shows very nicely and always is the center of attention. Guaranteed “thumbs up” every time. Comes complete with its 1933 California Original license plates, clean title.Drive train: “Straight 8 cylinder“ 86 horsepower. Starts easily. Does not smoke or knock. 3 speed synchromesh transmission. Shifts effortlessly. Brakes nicely. Original 6 volt system with a brand new battery. Rebuilt carburetor. Exterior:Black upper body, Royal Blue lower body. No rust. Although the finish has a few scratches and imperfections, overall very nice and presentable. Drivers window cracked.Interior: Mohair. All original. Various tears, stains. Might want to replace the fabric or keep it all original like I have.I have tried to describe my 1933 Buick accurately and to the best of my ability.
