This is a great running 56 Mercury Monterey with a 312 Tbird 4 bbl engine and automatic transmission. Has 75 PSI oil pressure when running and 35-40 at idle.

The car starts, runs and drives great. Lots of new or rebuilt parts. Here's a partial listing:

Brand new tinted windshield and rubber gasket along with new passenger and drivers side glass.

Freshly rebuilt complete power steering set up.

New alternator conversion aluminum radiator with 2400 CFM electric fan, runs cool even in the summer.

New dual exhaust with turbo mufflers.

Five new chrome “smoothie” 15” rims with 5 new WW tires.

Interior redone with mew door panels, carpets, custom headliner, bucket fronts and new rear bench.

Brand new dual bowl power brake conversion.

15” tbird steering wheel. New brakes all around. New heater control valves

Rebuilt front end with all new bushings and tie rod ends.

Brand new Holley 4 barrel carb with chrome batwing air cleaner.

This car is a runner/driver and turns heads at the local car shows. It's not a “show car”, but could be pretty easily.

It's a rattle can black paint job, with a few small rust spots (rear right lower quarter panel and a small spot on the front right grille area). The car still looks great and turns heads.
