1968 Dodge Charger

1968' Charger RT clone, 4 speed car now but originally was an automatic. I drove this car around for about a year with the 4 speed and the 440 it had in it then decided I wanted to build a fast and the furious type car. I never did any body work to the car, just painted it semi gloss black to make the car all the same color. I removed the entire old wiring harness and interior and completely rewired the car with a brand new OEM style harness and then redid the entire interior. We applied lizard skin to the floorboards and Kill Matt under the new carpet for better insinuation. The brand new interior includes a new 4 speed center console, new seats, all new dash, new windshield, new rebuilt steering column, new rear window with all new trim, new mirrors, new rear view mirror etc etc. We rebuilt the rear suspension with new Hotchkis leaf springs, rear shocks and their subframe connectors. We also removed the 8 3/4 rear end and had it rebuilt with an Auburn posi, 3.55 gears and a new disc brake conversion kit, the housing was all powder coated as well. The front suspension was going to be a QA1 tubular kit with coil overs setup for the hemi but it's been on back order for months. This front suspension is not included with the car and the car no longer has the original k member suspension so transportation will have to be arranged to accommodate that. The engine is a new all Alluminum blown 528 cubic inch Indy cylinder head hemi with Holley super sniper EFI (made close to 900 horses under 5 psi) great street engine, brand new billet specialties serpentine kit with a/c and power steering, brand new TTI headers, brand new tremec t56 magnum 6 speed manual transmission with all the parts needed for the conversion including bell housing, hydraulic clutch, flywheel, pistol grip shifter etc etc, new tanks inc fuel injection gas tank with their in tank fuel pump (mounts in stock location). Car would be better if it had some sheet metal work done like quarter panels, trunk floor, etc etc. it was my vision to keep it like this and drive it around with the blown hemi. Great project with a ton of potential. Motor alone cost over 40k, trans package was another $6800. Car maybe available without motor and trans package.
