You can also find this car on the OKC and Kansas City C-List.Up for auction is a really cool 1969 Dodge Charger that came from the factory with a striking "tuxedo" themed color combo: Alpine white exterior paint, white interior, and a black vinyl top. It spent its whole life in western Oklahoma and the Texas panhandle area, which is a really dry climate. It has been off the road since the late 1970's. Per the fender tag, this Charger came from the factory with a 290hp V8 383, 727 auto trans, air conditioning, RARE rocker/sill plates (still present), and 26" radiator (missing). The original engine/trans are long gone, so it does not come with an engine or transmission. The differential looks to be the original 742 case single track differential. Driveshaft and radiator are also missing.    The front/rear frame rails, torsion bar crossmember, and trunk extensions are about as solid as you can find on an unrestored 68-70 Charger. The trunk pan will need replaced. I pulled out the carpet to expose the floor pans. The cabin floor pan could be patched, but you'd be better off to just replace the whole cabin floor pan...I've done it both ways and replacing it all is easier/faster/nicer than patching. The car was repainted at some point in the late 1970's; my paint detailer just polished up the old paint. The rear window corners have some rust but the corners are more solid then most you see on eBay. The decklid has a dent in the trailing edge but the decklid is solid. The trunk latch is missing. The roof skin is solid. The fenders and quarter panels have some dents but are quite solid overall.    The dash assembly is reasonably complete except for a few missing switches and the clock(see pic). The middle buddy seat is there. The original front seats are there but seat tracks are missing. I bought the green rear seat (seen in the pictures), which is included. The hood was laying in a field for decades so it is not savable (hood hinges are not pictured but are included).  I planned to install a flat black fiberglass hood, rebuild the door hinges, and run the body exactly as you see it. I have a 68 Charger in similar condition. I replaced the floor pans, polished up the original paint, and had a PDR (paintless dent repair) guy work out most of the door dings and dents. If you want to see how I did that, google "Ribeye Charger" and you will find my build thread. That was my goal for this one too...but I have several other chargers that are higher priorities. The original VIN plate is present and undisturbed and I have the original fender tag. I could not find a buildsheet in the car. The title is a clear signed/open Oklahoma title from the 1970's. The wheels/tires in the pictures will NOT be included as they are from one of my other Chargers. This Charger will come with a set of random rollers for transport. Cash payment due on pickup.
