Hello welcome to the sale of my MK2 Escort Unfinished Project
 before i go into all the details about the car only selling due to having no time to finish due to new business commitmentsi brought this car December 2010 and what a mess this poor old car was. I completely stripped the car to a bare shell. cut out all the rot i. e both inner and outer rear wheel arches. spare wheel well. petrol tank well both front wings. slam panel. front panel. front chassis. cross member. both radiator panels. both wing/rails just so this car was rot free replaced all panels mentioned then had it prepared and painted. the result can be seen in pics. Runs/drives beautiful for a 34 year old car.
This car was a 1. 6 ghia auto. logbook present in my name details need changing. suspension spec:rear axle stripped down and refurbished with a 3. 5 diffsingle leaf springs with 2 1/2 inch lowering blockskoni shocks Front:
coil over front struts
TCA-Anti roll bar refurbished 
steering rack refurbished
new track rod ends
Brakes:
new disks and pads
bigger rear drums with new shoes
new brake cylinders
all new brake pipes
master cylinder all new seals
Engine 2. 1
207 block re bored to 93mm with 2. 8 v6
pistons crank and rods balanced big wing sump
head all ported and polished valves 2 way cut 45-60 degree angles
valve seats cut 3 way 30-45-60 degree angles
head skimmed down by 20 thou
type 9 5 speed gear box fitted with a short shift gear stick
new valve springs
new followers
new oil spay bar
new water pump
new oil pump
new belts
it runs on a twin choke Webber RS 2000 exhaust manifold and down pipe with a brand new exhaust system
What it needs to be finished:
carpet
rear seats
gear stick gater and knob 
2 wiper blades
door pin switches for interior light (light does work)
air filter
electric radiator fan wiring 
2 inner rear door handles
steering wheel centre (as in the hooter) does work fine on the original
