1967 Porsche 912 Coupe: Garaged. no rust anywhere. factory-original floors. blue California license plates.
Excellent paint and uniform body gaps. beautiful black interior and no dash cracks.
Purchased by the second owner. an Alameda County District Attorney. in 1972.
He drove the car from the early 1970's until 1985. at which point he had the first (and only) quality repaint done (entire car was dismantled. base-clear paint. all new rubbers and seals).
Subsequently the car was stored in his garage in Piedmont California and not driven since 1985.
I discussed this nice Porsche 912 with him several years ago. and finally last month he agreed to sell me the car.
Our lead Porsche technician Ray Gries had the tank professionally cleaned and lined. rebuilt the weber carburetors. serviced the engine. did the brakes. among other things to bring the car back to driving condition.
We purchased new tires since the pictures were taken.
The car runs and drives superb. like a low original-mile garaged Porsche.
The original carburetors and air cleaners are also included.
