mechanical & running gear items - 308 V 8 (304 block) from a VS V 8 (as donor engine)Engine rebuilt & honed at Jacobsons In Bundaburg telling us it was a low Km motor originally in already great condition - T 350 gearbox rebuilt by rockhampton auto-trans- brand new exhaust system from gladstone exhausts- tail shaft built & extended to suit standard diff- brand new aircon compressor- brand new aluminum radiator and hoses- brand new carburetor setup with air filter- brand new front windscreen

Mechanically what it needs to be finished - aircon hoses hooked up to compressor & re-gassed- auto trans needs a shifter linkage built so original shifter works, or buy install ugly aftermarket one?- momo steer-wheel needs boss kit to adjust it straight- transmission gasket was installed incorrectly and after test drive dropped fluid on my driveway. Tranny may need to be dropped & new seal installed?

Parts & Panels New and old Parts purchased- 15 in white aero rims x 4, near new tyres HDT stamped- momo steering wheel brand new from Italy - body kit new HDT a stamped in one coat primer, it's a full group A body kit, both bumper extensions, bonnet scoop, grill, sill moulds, door moulds & boot wing- interior standard grey-ash color in great condition for age.- Original radio intact (never tried it) has CD player in glovebox- only things we added was 3 gauges below radio (kept original as could)All finished panels below were repaired by tradesmen, they were sanded (or stripped if required) primed-blocked, re-primed and blocked again in 2 k (2 pack) primer, body work done on these panels list below:- bonnet, stripped blocked, primed and blocked again- 2 x front guards repair-primed blocked, primed again- 2 left side doors, repair-primed blocked, primed again- left quarter panel repair-primed blocked, primed again- boot lid repair-primed blocked, primed again

Panel work Needing to be finished- roof primed and needs to be blocked repaired - 2 right side doors need blocking & primer- small rust in back window well & boot drip seal- right back quarter needs small repair & primer- inside all panels needs painting, door jams, under boot n bonnet etc, left due to not knowing what color we wanted (or type of replica)
