    ford escort mk2 mexico 1976 in signal yellow. nbsp; ordered from ubm motors ltd hyde street Winchester on the 23/4/76 to a mr m willis. who then sold it on the 19/12/76 to a mr a. hill from Basingstoke. so the car has spent all its life in Hampshire and has one former keeper on the v5c.  car comes with the ford sure service book. and the ford escort operation and care booklet with the mexico supplement booklet. also a car expense book full of items and costs spent on the car over the years from 1977 to 1995. this mexico still has its  original dealer sticker in the rear window and on the number plates. it still has its 1. 6 ohc pinto fitted with twin choke weber carb and rs cast manifold. nbsp; alloy sump and mounts. standard 4 speed gearbox with quick shift. alloy bellhousing. nbsp;inside it still has its original black beta cloth roll top recaros. black headlining. rs steering wheel. period centre console fitted with a 8 track player which still works. the mexico does have some period extras fitted like a kenlowe fan. air horns. hella spotlights. raydyot driving lamps. chrome wheel nuts. nbsp;and a volt meter. the bodyshell was ziebarted in 1977 and is very soild for its age but has had running repairs to the doors. drip rails. rear arches. this mexico has never been restored and has been in storage for many years.    taxed and moted till 2014. please ring evenings only for more info on 07775251440. nbsp;based in Hampshire. no timewasters or swaps please. £14995. many thanks for looking
